Know Before You Visit Dinner in the Sky Dubai
Guests must arrive at the meeting point at least 45 minutes prior to the booked time slot for a safety briefing.
Your Dining In The Sky tickets are valid only for the date and time scheduled while booking the experience. They cannot be mended or rescheduled once the booking has been confirmed.
There are facilities to accommodate wheelchair users, a prior intimation with a detailed explanation is required.
The minimum age to participate in this activity is 8 years. Also, children who are 135 cm and taller will only be allowed entry. There will be no different pricing and the menu will be the same.

There are no bathroom breaks during the 90 minutes of the activity. If it is utterly urgent, you will be lowered down, however, you won't be allowed to get back onboard.
It is natural to have safety concerns about the activity. However, you must know that the table is supported by 12 huge metal ropes. These ropes have been designed and tested by the global provider of technical, safety, and certification services TÜV Rheinland. It also operates under the guidelines of the Department of Occupational Safety & Health and Civil Defense in UAE. Thus, you can be assured of 100% safety.
If you're acrophobic or suffer from vertigo, talk to the authorities before signing up for the experience.
It is recommended to wear something that keeps you warm as the wind at the height can get quite chilly. Try not to wear dresses and skirts as the harness can be uncomfortable with garments.
While you're not allowed to take your personal belongings along, the fear of dropping your phone always remains. But don't sweat it too much as there is a safety net below so if anything is dropped, chances are it stays on that.
If you have allergies or food restrictions, you will have to book out the whole table to customize the menu to suit your dietary requirements. There is no other way to avail anything else except what's on the menu.
